Lots of news this month including new employers, adding your resume to our database, and creating your own free website with a URL better then anything else on the 'net. You'll be part of the Nurses.2000pages.com. You can create your own resume, fun, resource or even business site. It's yours, it's free and it's time. I hope you enjoy this issue and as always, please feel free to write me anytime at |

NEW WEB DIRECTORY We've just rolled out a brand new directory / links page. With categories and sub-categories, voting for your favorite site, and improved load times. We think you're gonna like this new layout and we've already added hundreds of links. Have a site of your own, we invite you to submit your site. To check out the new directory just click here.
NEW FEATURED EMPLOYER DISPLAY Now you'll find a new featured employers display on our home page and monthly in the HTML version of our newsletter (look below). It's a very nice display that gives visitors complete control over the scroll. You can stop it, scroll it up or down and click on links that take you to the employers full ad. Plus it loads very quickly compared to banners and allows us to give you more information.
BUILD YOUR WEBSITE FREE We are pleased to offer our visitors a great and brand new service. Start your own website. It's a great way to post your resume, but it's your site so you can create a resource, a family site, even a business if you want. We give you unlimited website space at no charge. If you're new to web design, we've got templates that can have you up and running in minutes. If you already have a site and want to join our "Nurses.2000pages.com" community, we invite you to move on over. You'll have unlimited space and full FTP access and simple directions for moving your site. To sign-up free and start your own site go to http://nurses.2000pages.com
JOB ALERT MAILING LIST Want to be the first to know about new job postings on our site? Well now it's easier then ever, just click here and sign up for our new mailing list by clicking the link and sending us a blank e-mail. The job alert will give you a brief review of the position and where it's located along with a hot link that will take you right to the employers ad. Leadership
2000 for Nurses & Healthcare Providers ... A Five Step Process Are you a great or weak leader? My husband often reminds me that some lead and some follow. What about you? Elliott has often said to me as well, The poor are always going to be amongst us. Whether we lead or follow we can all gain and profit from it. We do not have to be poor in leadership. Let me explain. There are riches one gleans from following. You might say what riches? There are many especially if one works in a managed cost environment. These include:
In other words, you get the picture. And besides, everyone does not aspire to being the leader. Things that followers detest would make an energetic leader feel exuberant, fulfilled and challenged. I think today the wealth in leadership is magnified when we lead in five, spectacular ways and realms. These include visionary, charismatic, authentic, courageous and resilient leadership. Let's explore the requirements of each as I have developed and conceptualized them. To read the rest of Jo's article, click here.
